Problems Idenified
- Older design lacked a guiding vane, causing the lancing rod to bounce off the platform and injure the operator.
- The design also did not include forklift pockets, making it difficult to move safely and efficiently.
The Solution
- Added a rod guidance system with grooved wheels and side plates to prevent bouncing and slippage.
- Integrated forklift pockets for safe and easy transport.
- Designed the frame to be height adjustable for ergonomic use.
