The I-Beam Gravity Arm uses a spring-bolt locking system that allows the trolley to slide along the beam and lock securely at any required wash-down point, improving accuracy and operator safety The arm provides 360-degree rotation, a 55-degree elevation pivot, and a five-stage telescopic extension, giving operators complete control over nozzle positioning in confined or elevated areas. A dedicated nozzle-pivot adjustment adds a further 68° of fine-tuning for optimised wash-down angles. Designed for quick engagement, secure locking, and safe operation around conveyor systems, the arm reduces manual strain, improves wash-down efficiency, and supports consistent, controlled cleaning across multiple access doors.
