Mechanical Belt Lifters

Techmine Standard Mechanical Lifters are supplied as a single, fully welded unit where the lifting beams and mechanical lifters are permanently integrated, allowing belt lifting tasks to be carried out without personnel working under a suspended load and eliminating the need for on-site assembly. Designed for direct installation, the system enables operators to lift conveyor belts quickly and safely without additional setup. The lifters are operated using the same high-torque 80 Nm, 500 W battery drills as the mechanical telescope system, providing consistent and controlled lifting performance. Standard mechanical lifters are available in 0.5-tonne and 1-tonne configurations and are suited to applications where a fixed, ready-to-use lifting solution is preferred. Built for durability and ease of operation, the system delivers reliable belt lifting for routine maintenance tasks.
