Flat Lifting Beams

Techmine Flat Return Beams are designed to lift and support conveyor return belts where a flat contact surface is required, providing even load distribution across the belt during maintenance activities. The flat beam configuration is suited to applications where belt geometry, clearance, or site constraints make V-profile lifting unsuitable. Rated to 3.5-tonne capacity, with customisation available, the beams are compatible with Techmine mechanical and hydraulic lifting systems, telescopes, and extension systems. All units are load tested and structurally certified to ensure reliable performance in demanding conveyor maintenance environments, enabling return belt lifting to be carried out without personnel working under a suspended load.
