Over Trough Beam
Techmine Over-Trough Beams are engineered for conveyor configurations where the underside of the belt sits close to or below the top level of the stringer, making conventional trough lifting impractical. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant, lightweight alloy, the beams are load tested and structurally certified for use in demanding maintenance environments. Designed to integrate with Techmine mechanical and hydraulic lifting systems, over-trough beams allow belt lifting tasks to be carried out without personnel working under a suspended load. The beams can be customised with Techmine telescopes and extension systems to suit a wide range of belt widths and conveyor layouts, providing stable belt support and controlled lifting where access constraints exist.
