The Techmine Wing Lifter is a compact, drill-operated belt lifting solution designed for rapid response during unscheduled breakdowns and routine maintenance, allowing targeted belt lifting to be performed without personnel working under a suspended load. With a 1-tonne lifting capacity, the unit enables operators to safely lift a localised section of the belt to remove wing rollers without the need to lift the full belt width, improving efficiency and reducing downtime. The lifter is operated using an 80 Nm, 500 W battery drill and features a magnetic base for added rigidity during operation. Integrated handles allow for easy placement and transport, while four interchangeable extensions enable compatibility with belt widths ranging from 1500 mm to 2400 mm. Designed for ease of use and reliability, the Wing Lifter provides a practical solution for targeted belt access in confined or time-critical maintenance scenarios.
